While attending NSU, Eric developed his leadership skills as a captain of the football team for fours years, and held numerous leadership positions in activities and clubs such as the Student Athlete Mentors and the Spanish Club.

After graduation, Eric came straight into the industry as a loan officer and gained several years of experience. Many of Eric’s clients urged him to become a REALTOR® because they loved how hard he worked for them. Also, during this time, Eric decided to take on the challenging task of building his own home. Eric did everything from being the general contractor, to performing the labor, gaining him a broader understanding of, and a broader appreciation for, Twin Cities real estate.
